day#1 route

I am going for 100 miles this week.  Not that great a goal for 7 days but it is not quite that much time available to fulfill my goal.

I really only have 4 full days.  Sunday (yesterday) I did not have the bike ready until 7pm (though I still logged 10 miles).  Thursday I will be in Tampa and Friday I won't be back until probably late afternoon.  If I can crank out another 10 on Friday, and 20 each of the other four full days, that will be a century.

So for today's 20, I have a growing list of stops:

First up will be Wal Mart on Turkey Lake road.  I may take I-Drive instead of Turkey Lake which should add a couple miles and be safer.  I need a bathing suit: I cheaped out on the Patagonia suit I have because I did not want to pay $50 for a nice one.  So I got a crappy one which is kind of short, has no liner and is also too big in the waist.  I actually sewed a seam into it to make it smaller but it fell apart.  Time for a cheap one - that fits.

I doubt they will have a 700x23 tube there - so I will then head north on I-drive to ProCycle bike shop, I'm sure they will have what I need.

After that I will follow I-Drive east over to the the Artegon Marketplace strip mall.  R N' R Record shop has no phone number I can find online and zero google reviews.  It has one Yelp review from this year and the pics look legit.  This place is flying way under the radar.

After that, east on Sand Lake to Goodwill at OBT.

After that, it is quite a bit north to East-West CDs which also seems to sell records.  At this point I am looking at 25 miles minimum round trip.

I embark shortly.  Lets see what we can see!
